Free Valet Parking

Lewis-Gale Medical Center now offers free valet parking for patients, their families, and other hospital visitors. This new service is just another example of our commitment to providing unparalleled customer care.

Our valet service features a specially trained and enthusiastic staff whose members are employed by Metropolitan Healthcare Services, which also provides our front-door greeter program. Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the hospital main entrance.

For patients and visitors who prefer to park their own vehicles, we’ve enhanced our courtesy shuttle service by replacing the shuttle carts with comfortable six-passenger vans. The shuttle service, which transports patients and visitors to and from their vehicles and the hospital, is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
