As part of our preceptor program, new nurses at Lewis-Gale Medical Center work with senior nurses to develop a personal Clinical Ladder that lays out a specific job track, including assistance with opportunities for promotions and pay raises. This team approach also enables newer nurses to learn from the decades of experience of our senior RN's.
